On 29 October 2019, David Coleman, Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs, made an instrument (Migration (LIN 19/210: Pool and Pass Marks for General Skilled Migration Visas) Instrument 2019) specifying the pool and pass marks for Subclasses 189 (Skilled-Independent), 190 (Skilled – Nominated) and 491 (Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visas.
Pool and pass marks – applications made on or after 16 November 2019
For applicants lodging applications for a general skilled migration visa on or after 16 November 2019, the pass mark in relation to the applications is 65 points.
