On 29 October 2019, David Coleman, Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs, made an instrument (Migration (LIN 19/260: Assessing Authorities for Subclass 494 Visas) Instrument 2019) specifying the assessing authorities for Subclass 494 visa.
This instrument is made under subclause 494.224(6) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth) and specify the following assessing authorities for the purpose of Regional Occupation List (ROL):
