Consultations are required for us to clearly understand what you hope to achieve. We understand that the migration process can be confusing, therefore it is highly recommended to book a consultation with our agents, via Microsoft Teams or in person. However, before the consultation occurs, please ensure you have read our Consultation Policy and the Consumer Guide before booking time.
If you do choose our service to manage your visa application, we will credit the consultation fee towards your service fees, essentially rendering the consultation fee. Our consultation has a duration of 45 minutes.

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation through an online booking form. All payment is handled securely through Square.
Priority Service
If you require urgent advice from us (within 24 hours of contacting us), we charge $180 for this priority consultation service.
Likewise, if your case is complex, has an imminent deadline, or requires our agents to review many documents in advance, we reserve the right to charge $330 once we have conducted a preliminary assessment of your matter.
Rescheduling
In the event you are unable to make the initial consult time and wish to reschedule, you will need to contact us 1 business day in advance. Please contact our office to reschedule your appointment to a suitable time.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Late cancellations may incur a forfeiture of your payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee.
Lateness and No Shows
It is in your responsibility and interests to ensure that you are on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact our office and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to spend the full 45-minute consultation with us.
Online Consultation
Our service provides an option to consult through Microsoft Teams. As such, we will provide a detailed email on the process after you have filled in our online booking form. Similarly, please prepare your documents beforehand.
Duty of Confidentiality
We will not disclose, or allow to be disclosed, to a third person any personal information regarding your matter without your written consent. However, this will only be excepted from the required law of Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
Our service has always prioritised and guaranteed the safety of your data’s privacy and protection. We use Microsoft 365, a trusted cloud infrastructure and email provider which meets the stringent privacy standards based on industry best practices. Please do not hesitate to email your documents to us, however, to ensure a better security measure, you can password protect your pdf passports/documents.
